PriceSmart success

There's good business in Barbados for Pricesmart, the third largest supermarket chain in the United States.
While not disclosing figures, Senior Vice President of Operations, Ben Woods says the membership shopping club is seeing strong growth, year on year.

PriceSmart! :) Well, it's a nice store in my opinion. Stuff relatively inexpensive, and it has a nice feel to it, to just go through the aisle and see what new stuff they have. Of course when you employ bajans, everything does get spoil. What i talking about? One word... CAKES! You ever went tuh get one of those PriceSmart cakes during Christmas time? Lawd, bajans who too lazy to bake want to order, pre-order and re-order... fuh friends, family and de dog. 40 cakes getting mix and 400 bajans waiting. And you think 40 of them will get cakes? Talk chalk... bajans just shameful. I went one year (not to get cakes... i just went ok?). Tonnes of persons waiting hours and hours... only to stand and watch the staff stashing cakes one side... FOR THEMSELVES AND DEM FAMILY! And talking hard wid no shame... 2 uh dem is mine, one fuh me and one for Gillian. What I does be hearing at all. All that was left to do was some ingrunt body tek 2 of dem nasty tasting donuts and leggo thru de bakery. But you know we.. we does see these thing and play we keeping quiet... but when the cakes done burn (no pun intended) and de people gone home, all uh sudden we vocal. wimps.

*After reading this post, 384 bajans will get their family who works at PriceSmart to stash a cake for them... it should choke everyone uh dem.
