A 'NEGROCRAT' New word in Caribbean Political Usage

It is now clear that when politicians cannot find a word in the normal Caribbean language to insult a critic, he resorts to coining one. Now Prime Minister of Barbados, Owen Arthur, in a scathing attack on media icon Harold Hoye, Editor in Chief of the Nation Publishing Company Ltd. had this to say:
"Week by week, he would say the worst kinds of things about me and other persons. He picks upon certain people in Barbados politics, because that is the nature of the negrocrat; there are some people who feel they''re better off than people like ourselves and a man like me, in their mind, has no legitimate right to lead this country because I ain't comme from nowhere." Well, I guess everybody wondering what a NEGROCRAT is. Leh me tell you who he is. He is de black stink mout bastard who feel that only HE is to have it all and that YOU, because you poor or came from a lower social class, ain't got no RIGHT to be in certain positions or to have access to certain things. So long as you riding a bicycle and he driving an Escalade, it's all good. He don't mind you getting a dollar or 2, but aaas you start to encroach on things which he believes belongs to exclusively to those who went to a school like de Convent , it is a problem. If you acheive power and wealth, you are more or less seen to DEFILE that position which should have been given to someone who was brought up in the Heights and Terraces. You know who I talking about man... Anybody ever went Xtreme? Big jackass of a bouncer, who is paid minimum wage by a Caucasian boss, lets every white person through, whether they wearing a leotard or a trench coat. You come through now with your tightest pants, and it too big.. GET OUT THE LINE! After finding immense pleasure in kicking his own down, he darts off to the bathroom where he climaxes with his needle like member. Now he hasn't achieved, but he was 'ordained' into the special mental position and it his responsibilty to keep the scum out. (That is any one who is black, does not dress in a skin tight jeans and DOESN'T wearing their little brother's button up polyester shirt). I'm not being racist, it just so happens that MOST white perons in Barbados are in the middle to upper class of society, and Black bajans fight to be accepted, and then try to keep other's out. How to make a Negrocrat: Grow up poor--> fight and make piece uh change--> move into the 'burbs --> Get some kiddies --> Send them to private schools --> Make sure they only party at Harbour Lights--> Keep down other poor people .
