UCI to appeal Barry Forde case

Funny Barbados News Blog Barry FordeThe UCI has said it will lodge an appeal against the decision of the Barbados Cycling Federation to sanction sprinter Barry Forde, who showed a high level of testosterone at the Six Days of Grenoble in October last year. The Barbados Cycling Federation dropped Forde from the country's Commonwealth Games team recently in light of the result.
"Having studied the case, the UCI Anti-Doping Commission does not agree with the arguments raised by the Barbados Cycling Federation," said the UCI in a statement. "Consequently, the International Cycling Union will lodge an appeal against this decision before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne." Source: www.cyclingnews.com
So let me get this straight.. the BCF dropped him and THEN an the UCI's (the international cycling body's) Anti-Doping Commission said it was unfair and wrong? We like we gotta check the passports of those BCF fellas yuh. Hmm... somebody like dem got a big bet riding on a cycling race down in Melbourne... either that or Barry got caught RIDING one of the official's female bicycle. I guess sometimes when trying to be fair we go overboard with the punishment. I mean one time I had a puppy which used to pee on the neighbour's car tyres all the time. I didn't want to seem as if I was going easy on the puppy just because it was the only pet I ever loved... so I hung it up by its tail and beat it like a pinata until all the goodies fell out. For all you skinning up your faces that was not a true story... nothing actually fell out. Too much testosterone.... imagine that! Sorry Barry, you are too much of a man. Probably caused by the hormones in the chicken these days. No wait... then he would have bubbies.

*After reading this post, 283 people will think i'm a nasty cruel bastard because of the puppy story (which is not true.. duh)... Ironically, 282 of these people actually ate sweet and sour dog at a chinese restaurant and quite enjoyed it.
