Beach 'bar' causing concern

SEA-BATHERS and strollers are fuming over problems they face in accessing a strip of beach at Porters in St James.
That's because there is a large concrete and wood structure jutting onto the beach. The "deck" is at the back of the property on which the house Memories sits.

Man I would go and setup a sweet little picnic on that deck... wuh wrong wid dat? :D It is on public property... invite some friends, bring a bbq grill, a boombox, wukup stink, laff hard and lick up de place... anybody complain, one hard cuff.
