American soccer coaches see potential.. ooooo

Five young footballers from the Barbados Soccer Academy (BSA) have been identified as possible picks for American Colleges in the state of Connecticut.
The five players: centre back Tito Beckles, central mid-fielders Matthew Meright and Rommel Forde, in addition to left-winger Peter Woodroofe and striker Shawn King were all picked as those having viable potential by American school soccer coaches Scott Raffone and Jonathan Rhode...Source: www.BarbadosAdvocate.com
I'm sorry uhh... what is Soccer? Let me whip out my NORTH AMERICAN dictionary. Soccer: Better known as FOOTBALL in 200 other countries. Last time I checked, we didn't have a National (American) Football League going on in Barbados, why the need to make a distinction by referring to football as soccer? schuuuuupes (long and hard hard hard). Who watches Major League Soccer (MLS) anyway? Most American games are sucky and only really played in North America... Baseball, American Footall etc, so I can understand why they would want to rename the world's most popular sport, set their clock to count backward from 45 minutes and call it Soccer. Now it would be news worthy if Jose Mourinho (Manager of Chelsea FC in England) were to pop down and grab a few of our players for some 5 million pound contracts.
